Milli Yakjehti Council was founded

Through the efforts of Ameer-e-Jamaat Senator Qazi Hussain Ahmad, the Milli Yakjehti Council was founded on 24 March 1995 by bringing together all schools of thought, including Sunni and Shia communities.
At the appeal of the Milli Yakjehti Council, a nationwide Day for the Protection of the Honour of the Prophet ﷺ was observed.
The government attempted to sign the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty, or CTBT.

An International Business Conference was organised by the Business Forum, with prominent personalities participating from around the world.
A three-day public gathering was held at Minar-e-Pakistan on 8, 9 and 10 November.
An International Kashmir Conference was held at Alhamra Hall, attended by representative delegations of Islamic movements.
An All-Pakistan gathering of district Ameers was held.
