Nationwide Protest Against US
- Kashmir Solidarity Day was observed on 5 February.
- The Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami met General Pervez Musharraf on 5 February.
- A Day of Protest was observed on 6 February to express solidarity with Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan and other scientists.
- On 13 February, the Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami launched a tree-plantation campaign by planting a sapling at Mansurah. Jamaat workers planted hundreds of thousands of trees across the country.
- On the appeal of the Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami, a Day of Protest was observed on 22 March over the martyrdom of Hamas leader Sheikh Ahmed Yassin.
- A Day of Protest was observed on 26 March against the Wana military operation.
- On 31 March, the election commissioner announced the result of the Ameer-e-Jamaat election, and Qazi Hussain Ahmad was elected Ameer for a five-year term.
- From 5 to 8 April, major Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal public gatherings were held in Sukkur, Jacobabad, Shikarpur, Hyderabad and Karachi.
- On the appeal of the Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami, a strike was held on 14 May against the oppression of the MQM.
- Despite government restrictions, a successful Peace March was held in Karachi on 27 June.
- A Day of Protest was observed on 30 July in solidarity with the oppressed people of Iraq and against government policies.
- A nationwide Day of Protest against American aggression was observed on 11 September.
- A collective marriage ceremony was held at Mansurah on 18 September.
- An All-Pakistan public gathering was held at Azakhel, Nowshera, from 1 to 3 October.
- An International Kashmir Conference was held in Islamabad on 4 October.
- A major Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal public gathering was held in Karachi on 28 November.
- From 5 to 19 December, major Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal public meetings were held in Multan, Lahore, Quetta and Rawalpindi.
- Days of Protest and demonstrations were held against government policies.
