  • The headquarters was transferred from Lahore to Dar-us-Salam, Pathankot, in East Punjab.
  • Local circles were established in Punjab, the United Provinces, Bihar, the Deccan and Madras.
  • The preparation of literature began in English, Turkish, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam.
  • Dar al-Urubah was established, and Maulana Masud Alam Nadwi became its first head.
