Z- Connect Z-Connect is envisioned as a broad youth ecosystem for Gen Z and the emerging Gen Alpha generation, connecting young people with skills, enterprise, leadership, sports and constructive opportunities. It brings different pathways together so that a young person can move from discovering an opportunity to developing a capability and ultimately becoming economically independent and socially responsible.
Technology and communications education through Bano Qabil alongside practical vocational training — electrical work, solar technology, plumbing, healthcare support, mobile and computer maintenance and other market-relevant skills.
Entrepreneurship training, incubation, startup support and pathways towards interest-free microfinance for young people seeking to build sustainable livelihoods.
Training in communication, citizenship, public responsibility, community leadership, democratic participation and understanding the institutions that shape everyday life.
Accessible sporting and wellbeing opportunities for young men and women across social and economic backgrounds, creating healthier and more constructive spaces for youth participation.
A healthy democracy needs more than voters. It needs generations that learn how to debate, organise, represent others, solve community problems and accept responsibility for public decisions. Jamaat-e-Islami seeks to create opportunities through which young people can understand public institutions and develop the confidence and character required for responsible leadership.
