The Mission That Drives Us

Our call is for a complete transformation of human life in accordance with the guidance of Allah. It seeks to reform the individual, purify society, establish justice, organize collective life on moral foundations and bring every sphere of human activity under willing obedience to the Creator.

This is the mission for which Allah sent His Prophets. It is the mission through which faith becomes character, worship becomes responsibility, knowledge becomes guidance, politics becomes an amanah, economics becomes an instrument of justice and society becomes a witness to the truth.

Jamaat-e-Islami was established to organize this struggle in a disciplined, peaceful, constitutional and collective manner. Its objective is Iqamat-e-Deen: the establishment of Islam in its totality, within the individual and the family, in society and culture, in law and governance, and in national and international life.
