Organization Department

The Department of Organization (Shuba-e-Tanzeem) is the most critical department of Jamaat-e-Islami. It handles the party's records, as well as affairs related to members and workers. This department acts as the central coordinator between the central leadership and all subordinate tiers. It ensures the timely delivery of correspondence from central officials and organizes their official visits. Additionally, it arranges all organizational, training, and dawah programs held at the Mansoorah headquarters while facilitating coordination across all central departments.
