Foreign Affairs Department

This department is responsible for maintaining contact with overseas Islamic movements and their leadership. It also keeps in touch with overseas "halqas" (circles) and arranges meetings with their visiting delegations to Pakistan so that each can learn from the other's experiences in working toward the implementation of an Islamic system. Therefore, communication is maintained with Muslim-majority countries in particular and Muslim-minority countries in general.
