For Jamaat-e-Islami, ethical conduct is not separate from political or social work. It is the foundation of trust, credibility, and service. These guidelines help ensure that every worker represents the movement with sincerity, humility, honesty, and respect for people.

Character Before Position

Leadership and activism must be rooted in character. A worker’s behavior should reflect integrity, patience, discipline, and accountability in both private and public life. The purpose of ethical guidelines is to protect the mission from ego, misuse of authority, personal interest, and irresponsible conduct.

  • Discipline and Consultation: Follow organizational procedures, respect decisions, and work through proper channels.
  • Public Communication: Use responsible language in speeches, meetings, media appearances, and online platforms.
  • Service Over Self-Interest: Prioritize the mission, public welfare, and community benefit over personal recognition or gain.
